Raw food has a new lease of life spreading like a wildfire in the US and the tinder is ready for ignition in the UK. It is becoming abundantly clear that the closer we live to nature the healthier we are. As more of us nourish our bodies with the natural raw foods that Gaia has provided we live with the majick that enhances our wellbeing. Rawfood.com is a great way to talk to other people and find out what has and hasn’t worked for them.

It is now our time to check out the world web for vast amounts of information on the majick of raw food. All the different opinons on which is the optimal you need to eat can be confusing. What you feel is right for you at the time is probably what is needed for you to nourish your body at that time. It is up to you if you can treat life as a learning curve having fun investigating and experimenting as you are able.

Just a few of my favourites:

Frederic Patenaude who probably got me started on raw food and inspires me daily

the rawfood forum on David Wolfes site which is a gem for encouragement

and Shazzie has her site in the UK with delish goodies – thankyou Shazzie

Storm, Jinjee and family and all their abundant information and inspiring daily email
